  • While at NAI, my largest sale was a 142-unit student housing and land asset where I represented the Buyer in a $35M transaction
  • Throughout the eight-month escrow, there were several nuances to the transaction, including multiple negotiations and extensions with attorneys on both sides, working with engineering companies for drainage and environmental issues as well as working with planning, zoning and approval meetings with Reno City Council.

  • To that end, I drafted Offering Memorandums, Broker Opinion of Values, conducted rent surveys, toured clients, worked with property management companies and the like
  • Some of my first real estate transactions ranged from small ten-unit student housing deals to over 300 apartment unit transactions
  • I later became an associate prior to leaving the firm.
