Maintained inventory for over 300 Rum bottles. Created unique cocktails for special events throughout the year in coordination with sister bars (Esquire Tavern & Tokyo Cowboy) and oversaw planning for special events. End of Day duties including final walk through and inspection of bar and patio, making sure inventory is restocked. Tip out for bartenders and servers as well as a summary of shift on Slack Messenger with higher ups. This summary included 86’d items, and general recap of said shift.
