I have spent the last 25 to 30 years developing and perfecting the skills that I understand are required for this position, I have focused most of my development on understanding the exact design, and performance of equipment and how to test, validate and perfect their performances, both as an individual piece of equipment and as a packaged system that supports all types of facilities and functions. I have extensive background in all sizes of chillers and RTU systems, both in flooded barrel and DX systems. I have a strong background in the heating systems from small package systems up to large MUA systems. I do not have a strong history in large boilers but am able to understand and troubleshoot to a moderate level.
I have also focused on developing and maintaining a "Team" operation by understanding individuals, and motivating them to desire to be a team, and not an individual.
