• As a life insurance agent I had to not only bring in new sales every week which I successfully did during the years I worked as an agent but I also was responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with my current clients on a monthly bases making sure they paid on time
• I have networking experience as well as public speaking, having to be able to talk with a diverse group of people every day

• As a lead in the kitchen, I was responsible for preparing and cooking food for the Doctors,nurses, patients, as well visitors.
• I filled in as production aide as needed and cashier.
• I worked directly with my General manager to make her job as smooth as possible, helping with food temperatures and cleaning duties, maintenance requests as needed.

As the kitchen supervisor I would run the Cafeteria and over see patients meals when my GM was off, or out of town for company business and if on vacation.

• I also helped with creating menus and ordering food and supplies orders. I was taught how to do inventory as well as predicating food production for events or based on hospital capacity.

• Responsible for opening Skyline Restaurant Monday thru Friday, as well as cleaning and closing restaurant every shift.
• I helped Chef David prep food to be served for breakfast and lunch menu, as well as special event with alumni and sponsors or holiday lunches.

• I cooked line for both shifts quickly preparing food to be sent out to customers in a timely fashion
