Counsel, coach and support managers, supervisors, and employees HR-related topics and issues
Ensure proper investigation documentation is accurate, complete, and uploaded to employee file(s)
Regularly meet with leadership to support their departmental needs, including coaching, disciplinary action, staffing needs, performance, and succession planning
Develop Human Resource solutions by collecting and analyzing data/information and recommending appropriate action plans
Update and maintain internal communications (ADP, monitors, Time clock postings, NSN)
Recruiting responsibilities for salaried positions as well as hourly office positions
Write, revise, and work with leadership to update and maintain job descriptions for hourly office and salaried positions
Facilitate new hire orientations, entering new hire data into ADP timely, and delivering insurance benefits orientation to all new hires
Primary point of contact for all FML, PPL, STD and other LOA
Assist with employee engagement and appreciation activities, holiday parties, cookouts, swag giveaways, etc.
Process payroll when needed and regularly act as primary payroll backup when necessary
Responsible for annual open enrollment, QLE changes, and continued employee education
Create employee change forms, including QR codes when necessary
