• As a Product Manager for Asset management team, worked on requirement gathering and solution design for Execution as a Service with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to reduce delivery timelines by 25%.
• Increased strategic adoption(North Star Metric) for new platform by 40% over 6 months by ideating, design, and creating prototype for incremental feature delivery and inclusion of stakeholders throughout delivery process to ensure acceptance criteria is met and then driving adoption by increasing trader engagement.
• Proposed, owned and developed support and maintenance analysis utility to handle infrastructure maintenances without impacting cluster by reducing failures due to maintenance by over 90%.
• As a developer for Core Engineering team worked on templatized data access layer in new SDLC to improve developer productivity helping us scale from 7 business unit teams as users to 15.
