Summary

I have extensive experience in retail sales and management. My first job out of college was managing a sheet music department in a music store. I continued to work at various music stores working my way up to assistant manager and then manager positions. I then worked for Barnes & Noble, Belk, and Follett in management positions.

My passion is customer service and achieving high levels of sales performance. I see a direct correlation between these two ideals.
