Setting banquet tables making sure silverware, glassware, plates etc are polished and set properly on each table. Making sure center pieces are properly placed along with salt peppers,sugars, etc.
Preset salads, deserts, paying CLOSE attention to placement.
When quests arrive greeting them with a smile, paying special attention to note anyone that has a food allergy.
Clearing first course serving main course.
Offering coffee with dessert.
Keeping table well maintained with water coffee... Removing any thing that is not needed on the table.
