  • Project Leadership: Principal in Charge for 2 of SRG's 'mega' projects, the Multnomah County Courthouse and the Oregon State Capitol.
  • Firm Leadership: For the 10 years a SRG Board member with roles including, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Director of Finance.
  • Leading our project composition development with a passion to support team member individual growth and opportunity.
  • Strategic growth: As a Board member brought forward opportunities for expanded SRG footprint the the inland Northwest and California.
  • Originally hired as the CAD manager. Moved SRG to Revit in 2006. Through reseller and Autodesk relationships/connections I piloted the first large scale cloud based project collaboration for AutoDesk, 'The Oregon State Capitol' project in 2015.

  • Followed my Project Architect to FFA rather than commute to Long View when the Vancouver office closed.
