  • Validate the Annex A terms and conditions and Labor Rate Management spreadsheets against the Category Manager’s approved spreadsheets. Verify the Base Rates, Billable Rates, Mark Up Rates, Payroll Taxes, Per Diem, Consumables and Paid Holidays.
  • Provide support to Budget Group within Supply Chain Management on annual self audit of contractor’s payroll tax/base wage reconciliations and volume discount rebates.
  • Temporarily supported the Diamond Green Diesel venture to generate the templates to be used for the contractor agreements.
  • Conduct assessments twice a year of refinery service agreements and leases for Sarbanes Oxley compliance as well as compliance to the Contracts Policy and Procedures.
  • Maintain the integrity of the SAP database with relevant agreement and amendment information tied the vendor. Update information in SAP throughout the lifecycle of the agreements and amendments.
  • Upload the V-Source database with agreements and other relevant information to be viewed by the site procurement managers and other refinery employees that need to view this information.
  • Resolve issues related to pending agreements and provide support to the Category Managers and Refinery Operations pertaining to the agreement process flow and execution of the agreement.
  • Provide analytical data from SAP and Business Objects as required to confirm spend history and utilization of service contractors.
