I marketed off-campus rental properties to students via Instagram, connecting with students via Instagram direct message. I also secured an exclusive rental listing for a two-unit, 8-bedroom property for the 2026-27 academic year. I helped groups pivot to alternative units after landlords accepted competing applications.
