I've worked at 3 different restaurants waiting tables in my younger years, as well as two different auto care business which include Mikes quick lube in Smithfield Va, and one in Williamsburg , also worked as a farm hand at Diamonds in the rough equine rescue in Windsor Va, for Sonja Ruter and as a Farm hand at Endless Farm Alpacas LLC in Surry Va for Margret Hamilton , I can supply phone numbers for the owners of the two farm jobs and have done so in my refrences, I am a hard working young woman with a strong work ethic and a determination to succeed , I'm eager to learn new things and I do not believe in leaving others to finish my work, My main goal is to succeed in life and make a good strong name for myself, I am honest and admirable and I strive to be the best version of myself that I can.   • As an MST associate I am responsible for conducting resets supplied to us by the vendors, we set their product according to planogram, we also maintain those areas by keeping the items stocked and in the correct locations, we are audited and follow strict safety protocol while operating the machinery such as the fork lift, narrow aisle reach truck and order picker, I am very well trained and skilled on all of those machines. I am also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers, I also assist in price changes which occur daily, I remove the old labels and replace with new updated price labels according to the location of the product

  • As Lowes backend clerk I was responsible for receiving all deliveries of product to and from the store, entering POs and maintaining a close eye on upcoming shipments and outgoing deliveries to customers, I was required to operate a forklift and narrow aisle reach truck to safely load and store products in the overhead storage
  • I worked in unison with the storage facilities and vendors to keep track of missing or late POs, I entered the packing orders into the system and kept up to dade records of all product coming in to the store, as well as some of the product leaving the store.

Accomplishments

    I have been awarded 7 service stars for excellent customer service and for going above and beyond for my employer and for the customers at Lowes.

    I also discovered and assisted in the capture of a shoplifter trying to steal thousands of dollars worth of wire from our store which in turn lead to a larger bust equivalent of around $60,000 worth of stolen merchandise that we were able to get back.
