As the Director of Loss Control for Employers Resource I was required to offer Safety, Risk Management, and Loss Control Consultation to approximately 300 client Companies all over the sate of California. We had all kinds of clients from Coffee carts to large Roofing & Scaffolding companies. Provide Injury & Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP), Safety Meeting Reports (SMR's) and any specific safety needs such as Fall Protection or Emergency Evacuation Plans.

As a sales Associate, I Traveled my assigned territory attempting to sell Uniform Service. I was also required to fill out order forms when a sale was completed.

Field Specialists for the District Attorneys Office are required to serve subpoenas, Transport evidence, locate witnesses & victims. Deliver witnesses to and from Court hearings. Also, conduct interviews with possible witnesses.

As a Licensed Investigator I worked surveillances for Work Comp. Fraud, Domestic issues, as well as criminal Cases. Again using Video as well as still photography.

• Investigated individuals claiming disability to identify and document fraud.
• Compiled exceptional notes on movements of individuals and collected documentation.
• Collected documentation such as witness statements, video recordings and photographs to support case findings.

Field Investigations for Workers Compensation fraud. Mostly surveillance using both still photography and Video

to support detailed reports.
