Braden O'Sullivan

Started part-time as a backroom sorter, organizing large amounts of donated goods and loading/unloading outgoing items.

A majority of my time was spent as a full-time cashier. I excelled at:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of sales floor and cashier's area.
• Optimizing product placement for increased visibility, increasing sales. This included frames and painting which I would hang up single-handedly for display behind my register.
• Utilizing strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, particularly during busy periods.
• Increased customer satisfaction by providing friendly service while handling transactions, successfully resolving customer complaints empathetically and professionally. Many returning customers would actively remember me and compliment my attitude.
• Handled cash register operations accurately, assisting with counting drawers at the end of each shift, as well as organizing shelves and areas for the following day.
• Often complimented by Management for my customer's donation rate, having far more round-ups compared to my co-cashiers.

Volunteered at the Gallery of Hope, a small museum of the village's founder and history. I would single-handedly operate the building from 4pm to 9pm, including PA systems, lights, and doors.
