My name is Brady McRae. I currently work for my family wholesale flooring business (McRae Sales & Distributing) as a warehouse manager. I decided to attend culinary school in 2023 at The Park City Culinary Institute and received a professional certificate of culinary arts in both cuisine and pastry/baking. Attending culinary school was the best decision I've ever made and made me realize my true passion for food and the restaurant industry.
As an introduction to the food industry, I got a part time job as a server and bartender at Epicure Fine Dining in MIdvale, UT. I worked at Epicure for about 6 months before they unfortunately permanently closed their doors.
I am currently in search of another part time job in the restaurant industry. Preferably anywhere from 1-3 nights per week. I am interested in both serving and cooking jobs. I have experience serving and have education in culinary arts and would love to start my career cooking. Food handlers and Sips and Tips both completed.
