My responsibility as a Realtor is to research buyers properties and provide cost analysis. For sellers, I research comparable sales and evaluate the home for defaults and upgrades. Within that, I also have to use problem solving skills and customer service. Every transaction is different and requires different processes.

I used my customer service experience to create a great experience for my customers. I also filled in for supervisors when needed.

I used my previous knowledge of customer service to deliver excellent service.

I dedicated many years to understanding hospitality from the restaurant, banquet view to the restaurant side as well. I developed organizational skills and problem solving skills in this job more than any other.
