I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 32 plus years of experience working with clients who have faced a crisis that has resulted in anxiety, depression, and grief. In have worked in Arizona's crisis system where I have provided bio psycho social assessments, treatment, and recommendations and coordination of care with general mental health concerns as well as those living with a serious mental illness.

My approach to therapy is rooted in collaborating with my clients, selecting the most therapeutic treatments to help my clients heal and overcome their barriers so that they can live their best lives and fulfill their personal goals. I am proficient in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Trauma Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Grief therapy and Crisis Intervention.

While I have enjoyed working with Clients of all ages throughout the duration of my career, I am enthusiastic about focusing my practice on clients who are over the age of 18, including seniors.
