Has also gained many years of experience working with children and families. Which has since been my biggest and greatest passion. I feel as though I have been a huge part of many families throughout the community. I have used what I have learned in this job of working with children with my own children, which in turn has made them become very productive adults in the community as well. They were also prior Head Start students and of my three daughters, two have graduated college and are currently working on their Masters degrees and my youngest is currently enrolled in college courses for pre dentistry. When I would also set a goal as a parent in the program I would always set the goal of becoming a home owner. In 2012 we purchased our first home. Head Start has been such an asset to my family and community.
