I have held an interim management position and a supervisor position at the Ames Biolife. I also was the lead Lean Manager at the Ames Biolife. I was expected to communicate and uphold the lean principles by holding monthly meetings to discuss feedback and progress expectations. I am comfortable in customer service with all ages of donors. I understand and practice confidentiality with donors as well as staff. I enjoy educating the donors in their health and wellness practices to help them get the most out of their donation experience. I am passionate about the plasma industry and understand the bigger picture after meeting and getting to know some of the recipients personally.
