Collin County Marine Corps League Associate member of the year
First I would like to explain what the Collin County Marine Corps Leagues Lance Corporal Jacob D Hayes Detachment does. We help assist Marines and FMF Corpsman with whatever needs they may have. Including monetary, physical labor, job search assistance, and PTSD assistance. We also set up booths and fundraiser and use the money raised for Marine and FMF Corpsman assistance. We also coordinate and lead the Collin County Toys for Tots.
In my years of involvement in the detachment I have helped extensively with the Toys for Tots picking up toys at different locations to helping organize events. It is a passion of mine.
I have also put in countless hours with booths and fundraising events.
The most emotional and honorable assistance that I give is that I am the detachment bugler. Most of my requested assistance needed if for memorials and funerals for not only Marines but any service branch that needs me.
For all this I was honored with the Collin County Marine Corps League Associate of the year in 2023
