I have worked at Erath County for over a year, during my time there I have been apart of multiple different task, shifts, activities, and stressful duties. During my time at EC I have learned to manage and file paperwork, transfer of data, and social skills through dealing with civilians over the phone and the handling of conversations and interactions with inmates. I worked for my father as an apprentice for 5 years, and once i turned 16 I became the junior carpenter on his team. When I turned 18 i became the lead carpenter on his team for a short time before eventually leaving to join my current job. I learned a lot with mechanical aptitude using the power tools, vehicles, and other things that I learned over the years.
