Duties included working closely with the head chef to ensure recipe quality, and executing specials, closing and opening the kitchen, prepping various items for service and running service as a line cook.

Duties include completing lists of prep recipes to industry standard and training new employees to uphold the same standards, as well as maintaining various products such as sourdough starters, and managing inventory.

Duties include upholding company standards while working in and from various positions in the establishment, assisting employees that require help. Established relationships with regulars and with staff members to ensure smooth work flow and high morale. Documenting inventory and sales with a high degree of accuracy.

Duties include providing prompt and friendly service to guests that are seated in my section, as well as assisting fellow servers by checking on their tables.

Promoting featured food items and drinks to increase sales.

Checking quality of food before setting it in front of guests, and checking back to assure a quality experience.

Performing frequent floor walks to check on tables, refilling any drinks as needed, and answering requests for anything the customer may need.

Pre bussing and bussing tables to assure a quick and efficient table turn.

Duties include answering calls and inquiries about service, wait times, and featured menu items.

Walking guests to appropriate tables, informing servers of their tables, and staggering seating as to not overwhelm any one particular server.

Assisting servers and kitchen staff by being a temporary outside expo or running food out to tables, as well as bussing tables that are dirty.

Duties included opening and closing, money management and shift leading. The experience was very hands on and I was often jumping from position to position, from serving back to making and cutting pizzas.

Training new members was also a part of the job responsibility.

I helped improve some of the processes for making and handling dough that increase the over all quality of the product made at the store.
