Assist CASA volunteers with advocacy base on specific case information

Monitor dates of court hearings and panel reviews

Verify and update Optima (ensure information is correct and up to date in Optima)

Monitor files and documentation in Optima

Make child home visits w/ volunteers

Testify in court proceedings as needed

Maintain accurate files, in order to advocate for the best interest for the children

Assist the CASA director with inputting information in PSSF

Answer and distribute incoming calls

Assist Executive director with various administrative tasks

Assist with Capital campaign tracking investors and potential investors

Assist with data entry in donor database; enter donor information in spreadsheet, write thank you letters

Maintain and update policies

Create and update forms as needed by agency

Obtain appropriate information and compile complete statistical reports for all programs to include TDV as needed in a timely manner

Answer door and assist guest

Track attendance of Board members and update all board information
