Responding to daily remote telephone- based and written communications from patients, providers, labs, insurance, and staff pertaining to patient care/education, notices, orders, and referrals. Multi-provider high volume calendar management/scheduling, waitlist management, plan benefit verification, medical records, authorizations, coordination with external providers/labs, new patient registration, and patient portal troubleshooting.

• Duties include: Human resources, handle medical records, billing, accounts receivable and payable, insurance verification, inventory and supplies, create and maintain scheduling, create processes and procedures, training employees, building new cliental.

• Duties include: Maximizing department efficiency by streamlining documentation, organizing team events, marketing, educating staff about changes and building morale, payroll, patient relations, high volume scheduling, patient education, managing employees and doctors.
