Currently working at Bourbons Bistro as my first culinary job and taking everything I learn in the kitchen and from my sous and executive chef to better myself both at work and in all aspects of my daily life.
My job at Bourbons Bistro is to prep all items for my station which includes salads, appetizers, and desserts.
I also maintain a clean and safe work station and environment and assist my coworkers when they need help cleaning or prepping.
Lastly, I clean both my station as well as various other parts of the kitchen so that everyone can work at peak effiency.
