After five months I was promoted to team lead and entrusted with supporting and leading the drop/count process. Since my promotion I have led the drop and count plenty of times, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed properly. Now with the sudden vacancy of the manager position I have been in charge of day to day operations to keep the count team running smoothly, while maintaining compliance.

• Provides Leadership and Support. I work as support to my manager and a leader to my team, I ensure all members follow SOP to deliver accurate counts.
• Experienced with Equipment. I run two count machines accurately and efficiently. I use Oasis to capture reports of the count daily. I am knowledgeable about the proper email procedure.
