I was employed as a lead bartender. I opened and closed the bar on a regular basic. I was responsible for my till and ensuring it balances before and after my shift and to be sure that all transactions were entered properly. i also was responsible for managing multiple employees ensuring that their checkout and deposit to the restaurant were handed in and correct. other duties include; taking inventory, making sure orders are being placed and processed correctly, answering phones and working with a point of sales system (POS), multi tasking in this fast paced environment all while providing a positive experience for the customer.

I was responsible for my till and had to insure accuracy with daily deposits. Answering the phone, providing customer service as well as taking orders and making drinks. Maintain a level head while working in a fast paced high volume situation.
