• Championed the development of organizational impact metrics by introducing systems to track member retention, event attendance, digital engagement, and visitor outcomes, while designing a framework to evaluate the educational impact of sanctuary tours through post-visit surveys.
• Designed SASHA Farm's first immersive fundraising Camp Out Weekend and led early planning toward Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS) accreditation.
• Recruited longtime advocate Gary Yourofsky to resume public speaking and media engagement in support of SASHA, increasing the sanctuary's visibility and fundraising outreach throughout the farmed animal advocacy community.
