I have worked in an office environment and have acquired a variety of skills, for the past 30+ years.
My job duties have required that I be very versatile and organized. I learn new skills quickly and retain that knowledge. I get along well with others and am a conscientious and hardworking employee.
When Covid19 hit, I helped open the first place at North Benson Urgent Care to see any patient who had any type of Upper Respiratory Issue. I made them feel that they were not alone in this.
I also got to know the Medical Assistants and Providers better during this, we worked as a team and we were always coming up with better ideas on how to help the patients feel more comfortable in this type of situation.
We saw the patients in a Tent outside our clinic until winter hit, then I would escort them from their car to the back door into a part of the clinic we had closed off from the rest of the clinic. Eventually we opened the whole clinic to everyone to come in through the front door, but we still had it walled off from the rest. As vaccinations started, we then opened up the clinic all the way with no barriers. I volunteered to work with them when others would not.
