  • Prepare, review, and update weekly budget reports for the Division Director to monitor expenditure of a yearly Operating Budget of $20 million and a $10 million Reserve Maintenance Budge
  • Conduct contract compliance review inclusive of reviewing invoices and other financial records.
  • Prepare, process and monitor all aspects of MDAD’s MCC 7040 Work Order-based Small Business enterprises –Construction (SBE-C) Program, which has an overall allocation of approximately $25 million over a five (5) year period; acting as MDAD Liaison with the Internal Services Department (ISD), reviewing certified payrolls, invoices, screening pre-bid documents, license requirements, conducting interviews for various projects, initiating and tracking Purchase Orders on ADPICS and ERP PeopleSoft Financial Systems.
  • Perform all post-award activities related to the MCC Program (7040, 7360, and MDAD), including but not limited to, performing RPQ bid analysis, reviewing all submitted documentation, performing due diligence review prior to generating and issuing the Recommendations for Award (RFA), and Notices-to-Proceed (NTP) letters to contractors.
