Brendan Burgess

I am passionate about learning new skills particularly in helping others with their medical needs. I hope to learn to provide and deliver care that meets the needs of patients. I am an ambitious and driven individual, ready and willing to work hard and learn from professionals. With experience in retail, I also have learned how to properly communicate with customers and other associates. I am excited to bring a professional and positive attitude into your organization.

• Winner of Mr. Batavia 2023 Charity Competition. - Mr. Batavia is a yearly charity competition organized by Batavia High school. Senior boys compete in a pageant-type competition in front of an audience. Contestants spend months practicing dances and talents to perform on stage. The winnings, which were $2,500 went to a charity of my choice. I chose Volunteers for Animals in Batavia, New York. The Mr. Batavia competition helped me further develop skills such as collaborating with peers, public speaking, and furthering my self confidence.
