Brendan Dickson

Over the course of 10 years working in the supermarket, I have developed a variety of leadership skills as well as several abilities that I will be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. I started out as a part-time employee and have worked my way up to a full-time specialist due to my contagious work ethic and for providing our company and community with satisfying results. I am extremely driven and I get along with each and every employee as well as every customer that steps through the door. I was awarded Employee-of-the-Year in 2019 at Big Y for consistently providing an organized and clean department as well as outstanding customer engagement. I am extremely reliable and I am a team player. I am a very quick learner and they can always count on me not only to get the job done, but to do it in a timely manner and with a smile on my face.
