• The Triton Athletes' Council (TAC) is UC San Diego's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
• TAC exists as a forum for student-athletes to present and discuss issues relevant to the quality of the athletic component of their collegiate experience at UC San Diego
• TAC provides a voice for student-athletes, an ongoing dialogue with Athletics Department administration, engagement with campus and community service projects, and stronger relationships among their peers who compete as members of UC San Diego's 23 intercollegiate teams
