Established a personal Tech Support communication with Civil Engineers that used the XMS software. Was not like Stereotypical Tech Support jobs. Each of tasks performed were very personalized to each Engineer's model. Required a great deal of research for the customers. Job also included completing and filling bug reports. Also included following up on bug reports.

Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows. Identified individual employee's unique work styles and adapted management methods. Introduced team contests and goals to enhance productivity and improve employee morale. Maintained clean and well-organized production areas to avoid violations or unnecessary work delays due to hazards or inefficient layouts.
