• 1170 Hancock St - Masonic Temple (40M)

- Consisted of roughly 70,000 sq feet restoration and addition to The Historic Masonic Temple in the Quincy center district. The new wood framed 6 - story addition includes 66 units, and amenity spaces.

- Coordinated the install for all foundation footings, walls, and steel beam erection.

• 1200 Hancock St (60M)

- Demolition of the existing Citizens Bank Office Building, and construction of a new wood framed 6 - story podium style apartment building. The building consisted of 135 units, courtyard pool, amenity spaces, and 3800 sq ft of retail space.

- Coordinated the finishes, and punchlists for all 135 units. In charge of all amenity spaces, stairwells, and MEP systems.

• The Cordwainer (20M)

- A 50,000 s/f assisted living memory care residence containing 54 residential units, a salon, barber shop, fitness room, resource center, activities room, wood workshop, multipurpose room, rejuvenating room, family suite, roof terrace, and country kitchens located on each floor.

- Coordinated a massive slab on deck, and slab on grade pours, as well as the steal beam erection. Assisted the foreman in laying out all interior light weight steel framing.

• Maintenance Supervisor (2015-2017)

-Scheduled / led maintenance for entire Machinery Room.

-In charge of water control levels on board.

• Operations Mechanic (2013-2015)
• - Operated / maintained multimillion-dollar equipment during out to sea operations.

- Performed maintenance on piping systems, and main machinery room equipment.
