Gold Coast Social is a new and upcoming bottle serving bar. I bartend here occasionally on Tuesday nights that they call industry nights. My responsibilities consists of:

• Serve and socialize with all guests
• Upsell every tab and sell bottles
• Advertisement and promotion on social media
• Persuade individuals to come out

The Hangge-Uppe and Shenanigans are bars that are in the Lodge Management Group of Chicago. I bartend for The Hangge-Uppe on Friday and Saturday nights, and either open or close the bar for Shenanigans on Sundays. My responsibilities consist of:

• Serve and socialize with all guests
• Upsell tabs and small orders
• Opening and closing of the bars
• Handling situations if needed to
• Preparation of bar area for the night

Tailgators is a lunchtime place by day, club by night. It is one of the most well-known places to go to in the area. I was bartending mostly during the night time. A very faced paced and loud club that brought a lot of attention. My responsibilities consisted of:

• Closing the bar
• Keeping inventory
• Keeping the bar stocked at all times
• Handling situations if needed
• Serving and socializing with all guests
