Three Card Draw | Java/ JavaFX

• Classic three card poker game utilizing server sockets and ports with multi-threading for use with multiple clients at once.
• Server program connects to client program and sends/receives game data through a constructed object.
• Program utilizes multiple classes allowing for easy modification.

MovieLens App | SQL, Python

• Movie database application allows user to navigate database using keywords and modifiers.
• User can search as well as edit/delete specific parts of the database.
• Project is modulated using a data access tier directly access the SQL database and an object mapping tier which maps user input.

Huffman Encoding | C++/C

• Application allows encoding, decoding, compression and decompression of user text files using different data structures.
• Parses file characters into a hashmap to track values and their frequencies, then creates an encoding tree by converting parsed bits to binary and are passed to a priority queue to be added to a binary tree structure.
• Program creates encoded and compressed file allowing user to minimize and hide data.

Image Processing | F#

• Takes user image file and modifies it based on user selected function.
• Application modifies RGB image file tuples using recursion and higher order functions and saves images to new file.
• User can rotate, flip, reverse, outline and apply greyscale to different images.
