Main Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Work with homeowners, contractors, and designers to understand their project needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Design Guidance: Help customers choose tile, stone, and accessories by showing samples, creating design ideas, and suggesting color/texture combinations.
• Sales: Drive sales by recommending products, upselling related items (like grout, tools, and accessories), and meeting monthly sales targets.
• Showroom Experience: Maintain showroom displays, keep samples organized, and ensure the space looks inviting.
• Order Management: Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers about delivery or additional needs.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Performing cash reconciliation on tills, tracking variances, building tills, maintaining petty cash funds, balancing safe, preparing cash and check deposits for the bank, and tracking lottery inventory and sales.
• Overnight stocking of merchandise, as well as supervising member needs on frontline during the day.

• General cleaning and custodial duties, as well as assisting guest needs, and taking tickets.

• Ringing grocery orders, and bagging.
• Supervising frontline operations, performing till reconciliation on drawers and general supervisory duties.
