As Co-Director of a United States Department of Defense-funded program, I oversaw operational, budgetary, and administrative functions. My team consisted of personnel from law enforcement, intelligence, military, and the "Five Eyes" communities, with a mission to produce all-source, fused intelligence on illicit drug trafficking, narco-terrorism, and global threats from TCOs. I managed the collection, analysis, and dissemination of investigative/intelligence information while safeguarding operational integrity and sources.


* Responsible for the oversight of 35 personnel and allocation of an $18 million dollar operational budget.
* Developed the strategic plan to increase both personnel and mission capabilities for the program on an annual basis.
* Coordinated all operations with military units, law enforcement agencies, and intelligence agencies to maximize judicial finishes to include seizures and arrests.
* Briefed members of the Senior Executive Service to include Ambassadors, general flag officers, agency directors, and respective host country law enforcement agency officials.
* Formed a coalition of interagency partners to initiate operations to identify and prosecute within the United States high value targets connected to violent extremist groups and malign state actors.
* Increased production and corresponding performance metrics every year regarding the number of drugs seized, revenue denied, and arrests.
