Experienced free line cook looking for a position and a great team to work with. Most my experience is in fryers and flat grills, but I also do sautee, I am always willing to learn, watch, and jump in and help my team when my station is caught up. I was taught from older line cooks, they say

when you work in a kitchen, you have to learn the whole kitchen. So, when my teammates need you, you are prepared. I love to learn and am picky about plating. I would like to train under more experienced chefs.

  • Temporary 3 day job through a staffing agency out of Atlanta, GA. Worked Shaq's Superbowl party, Sports Illustrated Superbowl Party, and Guy Feiri Tailgate party. This included dishroom and 5 fryers. Fryers were used for VIP only and included about 600+ chicken strips, french fries with shaved truffles, and 1200+ beignets. Mr. Feiri was promoting his new seasoning mix.
