Knowledgeable Interim Executive Administrator with developed talents in legal strategy and contracts, simple accounting practices, and networking. Pursuing a new position where an understanding of the Online Lending Industry will be widely appreciated.
Since working for LDF Holdings, I've developed many different essential skills to help in my success towards a possible future position with the company. I've gained valued relationships with partners based on my ability to communicate effectively and timely. I've been able to take what I've learned in my position, as well as other positions that I have held, and use those skills to better my successfulness in the Online Lending Industry.
I've also served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Native American Financial Services Association, where I learned and became very well-versed in the legislative portion of the Online Lending Industry and its many regulations (which is of substantial importance to maintain a successful business with many federal/state/tribal laws).
I served 2 years on the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Council, where I learned much about our tribal laws and codes. Holding this position on our tribal government board has allowed me to better understand what laws and regulations we need to follow as a FinTech business in the Online Lending world as well as our Tribal community.
My education in Business management has also contributed to my success in my current position. Having the knowledge of standard business practice has definitely helped me further my knowledge in the Online Lending Industry, positively.
Lastly, my deep care for the LDF Tribal community is what drives me on a constant basis. I want nothing more but to see my tribe succeed and I love that I can contribute positively to that success for the future generations to come.
