My name is Brittany N. Adams, I am a Caring, Hardworking, Goal achieving, Christian Lady. I love standard poodles, breed AKC Health Tested Standard Poodles. and own , and do daily maintenance on my 2 standard poodles.

I have some experience at grooming. I am amazing at retaining information, I do quite a bit of studying things i am intrigued by! I am great at shampooing, blowdrying, trimming and grinding nails,

as well as saving a matted coat from having to be shaved by brushing and detangling coats of all different kinds. I also groom both of my Standards at my home. I absolutely enjoy grooming my own standard poodles and excel in the AKC "Show Coat" also known as a Full continental. I show both of my standards in conformation, dock diving, and currently training them for Dock Diving as a hobby, and sport for my 2 energetic poodles. I am a former cosmetologist, as well as owning and operating Southern Illinos' leading Cleaning service Called, Mrs. Adams Cleaning Services. I Still own The business, and it is still flourishing 4 years later , I have 2 employees who I send out to do Residential Cleaning Services so that I can be as flexible as needed for starting my grooming career! i also have many clients that are willing to allow me to practice on their dogs while I am learning. I do professional/ Commercial Cleaning Services in the late evenings. I can pass a drug test, a clean background Check and could give up to 50 business references, of clients I have been serving for over 4 consecutive years. I am an outspoken, highly respected individual that is eager to learn how to groom professionally. I am amazing at marketing and networking, client relations, as well as being a professional at all the things that I do, and maintaining that image when im out in public and not on the job . I am successful at setting, and completing both big and small goals. I am big on commitments and will never leave a job unfinished. I am also a loyal, and trustworthy person who will show up on time, with a positive attitude, and a smile on my face. i am available as part time at the moment. (I am not seeking a 2nd job) as I am looking to make grooming a lifelong career as well as maintaining the taxes, payroll, schedule, as well as doing consultations/ setting up appointments, (i can work 3-4 days a week and can still complete my duties with my business In the late evenings. I am trained in just about everything needed to run a successful business, as I have taken seminars, classes, and workshops specifically for successful business strategies, and networking, and marketing strategies, I create ads for my business as well as advertise for other businesses in our local area. i have participated in classes on speaking in a public setting in front of a plethora of people. have training in how to work through, strategize, and not take things personal, and coming up with resolutions to hard/unforseen situations. I work well in a team setting as well as on my own. I am 100% commited to learning how to groom dogs of all breeds and of all temperaments. ive never met a dog that didnt like me. Animals Tend to feel at ease with me. i have read numerous books on dogs, and their behavior as well as studied calming techniques to use on nervous, and unruly dogs that are not cooperative, or arent used to other people. I am a strong woman who is equipped to handle any situation and face everything head on.. I never run from a problem. I am amazing at speaking in public settings as well as speaking to individuals both pleased and unpleased clients. I excel in de escalating upset clients, with my client focused mindset! I am great at building a relationship with all walks of life. im non judgemental. I mentioned how important the commitments I sign up to to commit too are to me and how much they mean to me because I believe your promise, word etc. is everything to me. and if you choose me you wont be disappointed.
