A passionate customer service agent with over 10+ years of customer service experience as well as being in leadership. My best qualities are accountability and my ability to be a great team player. I'm a fast learner and can adapt to any situation. As a role in leadership I've learned to make decisions under pressure and can defuse a situation by being calm empathetic and by listening. I'm also equipped with good training skills. I've been tasked to take on side projects within the United such as United Summer Associates and most recently the SOSAs (Special Olympics Service Ambassadors). With these programs I lead teach an assist young adults in the company as interns with hopes that one day they come back and join the company in the future.
