Visual Art

Visual Art

I am a lifelong artist born and raised in Central Vermont. My creative explorations have taken many paths including a variety of visual arts, musical instruments, and creative writing. My developed niche is in abstract collage. My artwork is fun, whimsical and colorful and eye catching. While creating my art I focus on shapes, colors, textures and the overall composition of how each mark fills the given space. I strive for balance, fluidity, cohesion and complimentary contrast. Being creative has always come as second nature for me. I believe the desire and drive to create is one of the most inherent and intrinsic qualities of being human.
