• Acquire new accounts such as hotels and bars in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills regions under the direction of Sammy Hagar, the company's founder ( Van Halen ).
• Schedule and do rum tastings with hotel and bar managers, as well as educational meetings with bar tenders to push products more efficiently.
• Seek out and sponsor events, as well as book entertainment for events.
• Visit current accounts weekly, and maintain relationships.

• I am a freelance, on call assistant manager on a project by project basis, as well as manage my own clients, orchestrator and arranger Vincent Ott ( latest release: Tom Odell's Black Friday), and writer/producer Jacob Strom.
• In addition to my administrative duties, we are building a music library for sync, and pitch our producing partner's music daily for major brand ads such as Chase Bank, Apple, Delta, or Nintendo.
• I revise and maintain a master calendar to coordinate meetings across multiple time zones between musicians, managers, and label partners. I schedule and arrange travel and hotel reservations for meetings, conferences, and manage and track expenses to meet company budget requirements for tours.
• My goal is to keep everyone's safety the focal point at all times. I research and develop safety plans for the team before travel complete with emergency contacts in each city.
• I track completion of key deliverables to consistently meet release deadlines, implement creative strategy to maximize merch sales and customer satisfaction, and also address top-level, high-priority issues with professional administrative discretion specifically in dealings with other countries such as Saudi Arabia, or Europe as main point of contact while Dez is unavailable or offline.

• Write, compose, and/or perform (voice, guitar, piano, banjo ) for various US & UK major label artists such as LORDE, Mac Miller, Diner (Country), Arctic Monkeys, Macklemore, Jaira Burns, Austin Mahone, FXXXY, Rico Love, Future, Niki Minaj, Santigold, Childish Gambino, & Leon as well as many others.
• I write music for television and film and have had placements via "Lifetime" through Audio Network and Position Music, and am published by Tony Maserati via Mirrorball Entertainment, a subsidiary of Universal Music Publishing Group.
• Toured as a lead singer, opening for Royal Blood, and Arctic monkeys in a band signed to VERVE Records (Universal Music).
• Self released many projects under pseudonyms, and have acquired over 200 million plays in total, and performed at many major festivals national & international as both a principal and/or hired player, and work closely with creative director Vlad Sepetov (KEEP COOL) on various visual projects.

• Effectively sold over 100kw of solar to residential home owners through door to door sales in CA.
• I attended events and seminars in all areas of business weekly to acquire new clients, and attend sales training weekly with Michael O'donnell.
• Trained new sales recruits/closers, and was often appointed team leader on sales blitz's to different cities or states.
• Was main liaison between city officials (utility company), solar banks, solar companies, and clients as issues would arise.

• Hard money lender, and account executive at Easy Street Capitol.
• Used LinkedIn, as well as business and investment networking apps to meet potential investors and clients.
• Attended nightly real estate events.

• Cashier, wine, merch specialist, and front of house for number one Malibu Restaurant throughout the pandemic take-out boom & re-branding.
• I, along with a few others were responsible for pooled tips for the entire staff. Our sales peaked at 42k per day, but averaged around 30k per weekend day, and 15-25k per weekday. I worked alongside team members at a fast pace to sell new menu changes daily, and engaged new customers in efforts to turn them into repeat customers.

• Assisted Alicia Becker (long term professional partner) with promoting and executing live events once a week at the Peppermint Club and La Cienega Club "Poppy". I often hired personnel and assisted on events for major brands such as Gin Mare, Adidas, and music labels such as RCA and Interscope.

• Coordinated panels and networking events at the Riveter women's co-working community space
• Greeted and accommodate celebrity guests, and general admission
• Kept all staff on schedule before during and after events, and provided constructive feedback to The Riveter.
• Past events include mixers and panels for Microsoft & celebrity chef Roy Choi.

• Assisted third party promoter, Calvin Goldspink of "A Mighty Lamb", with all operational activities for Peppermint Club five nights a week.
• Duties included but were not limited to coordinating set times with bookers, being main point of contact for VIP guests, agents, managers, sound personnel, and artists, acquiring all legal documents associated with performing, setting up EventBrites and monitoring table sales, acquiring correct promotional artwork and assets and updating socials correctly, updating each band daily with ticket sales, making payouts for each band daily, booking last minute shows, reorganizing schedule for high profile artists, turning in daily guest lists for each artist, and seeking out new talent for other nationwide & international venues promoted by "A Mighty Lamb".

• Planned, promoted, and executed marketing plans, producing special events tailored specifically for each brand. We worked heavily with "Quiz" (a UK/Scotland based clothing brand) to help them break into the Los Angeles college market by throwing experiential events with sororities beginning with schools such as UCLA and USC.
• Promoted events, booked and managed talent for Next Door Lounge's "The Door Sessions," hired personnel, as well as assisted club owner Darrius Marcellin in partnering with hotel concierges, music industry labels and publishers, Live Nation, and major tech companies.
• Booked Remi Wolf's first LA show at Next Door lounge via Craigslist.

• Assisted Grace before, during, and after photoshoots for live events, & ad campaigns. Past events include shoots for Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Instagram, Alicia Keys, Facebook, Glitch Mob, Nombe, and Frank Choi, and many others.

• Greeted guests, seated restaurant appropriately, took reservations, was a food runner, took to-go orders, filled to go orders. Stocked and maintained silverware, linens, and condiments.

• Assisted Entertainment Couple, Joey Berlin (CEO of Broadcast Film Critics Association & Broadcast Television Journalists Association, BFCA & BTJA), & Music Publishing Lawyer, Ivy Tombak (CEO of Litchfield Entertainment).
• Managed day to day needs, cared for their 12 year old son part time.
• I attended all production meetings for the 2013 Critics' Choice Movie Awards which aired on CW, assisted and organized the execution of a last minute “Acceptance Party” for Judd Apatow after he accepted his “Genius Award” at the Critics' Choice Awards
• assisted in the production of the 3rd Annual Critics' Choice Television Awards, as well as was main point of contact for all BTJA and BFCA voting members.
• For Litchfield Entertainment, I submitted original music in commercials to SESAC, BMI, and ASCAP to collect royalties for over 30 agencies worldwide, including but not limited to Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey, The Richards Group
• I represented clients such as McDonald's & Starbucks, and administered payment to writers and publishers accordingly.
• Assisted in the acquisition of MillerCoors as a client.
