1 Year- I started as a glaze line operator. Ensured quality, maintained safety at all times, and housekeeping. I took initiative to correct any issues that occurred. After four months in that position, I was promoted to a glaze line technician. Required leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills. March 2020, I had the opportunity to take a lateral promotion to a different department, which is my current position. I have crossed trained in four different departments in the year I have been with the company. I believe to grow, you need to know all parts of the business so I have strived to achieve that goal.
