Work History

Assistant Manager

Athleta
08.2025 - Current
  • With a focus on talent and employee development, I work with employees to optimize their performance on the sales floor and lead by example performing best practices. I continuously monitor key performance indicators throughout the day and adjust the team’s selling strategy based on our real-time results. I consistently lead our store with credit card acquisition and sales conversion goals and coach employees one-on-one to ensure their success as well.

Owner

Clothes Mentor Eden Prairie
01.2020 - 01.2023
  • Individually owned and operated an upscale women's resale store in Eden Prairie. I was responsible for all functions within my business including but not limited to: hiring, team training and management, scheduling, bookkeeping, social media marketing, running an active Shopify store, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for my staff and customers. I employed between 10-15 people at a time and produced roughly $550,000 in annual sales.

Sales

Nordstrom
01.2017 - 01.2019
  • Styled clients one-on-one in a high-end, contemporary retail environment. I built my client base by creating relationships based on trust, empowerment and fun. I provided brand and trend awareness to my clients, allowing them to experiment while ensuring that their comfort and confidence were the end result. My styling practice is creative and collaborative which served me well in exceeding sales goals.

PCA

Accracare
2023 - 2025
  • Sold my business to care for my son after he was given a rare genetic disease diagnosis. His condition is called MEGDEL and there are less than 20 cases a year globally. He requires round-the-clock care and is severely disabled. He is non-verbal, tube fed, deaf and has no muscle tone so he cannot move independently. His condition is neurological and progressive.

Volunteer

St. Stephen’s
2016 - 2017
  • Served guests who are experiencing homelessness in various capacities within the shelter. I coordinated with the manager and fellow volunteers to cook and serve meals, see to routine housekeeping and to assist the guests with any needs they may have.

Home Health Aide

Legacy Home Care
2014 - 2017
  • Served disabled adults with the goal of keeping them in their homes. My duties were wide-ranged and client specific, varying from simple daily living tasks to helping clients and their families prepare for end of life, keeping patients comfortable and coordinating with Hospice.
