  • Performed all duties as a teller, as well as supervised the other tellers in our branch, saved end of day, end of month, and end of year reports when needed, and assisted in maintaining a positive atmosphere and culture for our branch
  • I was also responsible for ordering branch supplies from various vendors and ordering currency from the Federal Reserve weekly, reloading our machines, and processing vault transactions, as well as keeping the vault in balance
  • I assisted the branch manager in the quarterly teller check ins with my input on their performance, and performed quarterly surprise cash audits on the tellers’ cash drawers
  • Performed account maintenance for member’s accounts, such as, adding/removing owners, adding/removing beneficiaries, assisted with online banking, assisted in IRA and CD transactions, opening new personal and business accounts for members, confidently explaining and referring our products and services to the members to best suit any wants/needs they may have
