Sam's Frozen Yogurt was my first job and it taught me amazing communication skills and I learned the importance of keeping a busy environment clean, and I learned how to work a POS system and how to handle customers and offer the best possible service for them.

As a manager at Mango Bliss Frozen Yogurt, I was responsible for making sure everything ran smoothly while also creating a fun, welcoming environment for both customers and staff. I scheduled shifts, trained new employees, handled customer concerns, and stepped in wherever help was needed during busy hours. I made sure the store was always clean, organized, and fully stocked, and that everyone followed food safety standards. I also worked closely with my team to keep spirits high and motivate them to meet sales goals. Being in this role taught me how to stay calm under pressure, lead with patience, and balance responsibility while keeping a positive attitude.
