I oversee all of restaurant operations including forecasting sales, promote sales growth, and monitoring inventory. Ordering truck per budget, controlling labor per budget, and following all brand standards. Hiring and retaining staff as well as completing weekly work schedules. Food safety is always number 1 and training staff to operate safely at all times is a top priority. Also food prep, customer service, cleaning, cash handling are all included as part of my position as well.
